Alternate Conveyances

Now that 'Hansel and Gretel' has opened to fabulous reviews (shocking, eh?), I have a few days to turn away from the production and enjoy my last few days in Ohio doing normal things.

I once again went bowling at my favorite bowling alley. Always tons of fun, especially since I started the evening off with a "Pumpkintini."

After having my fill of pumpkin-anything, it was time to go home. I grabbed the nearest set of wheels and off I went: Apparently no matter how slow you go, traffic cams will still tag you.

I spent today as a tourist out in Amish Country. It was a beautiful day to taste some wine and cheese and try to surreptitiously take photos of the Amish as they passed by in horse-and-buggy conveyances.

I've always loved the way they looked, so I grabbed the nearest buggy, hitched up my team (much to their chagrin) and off we went.

I'll admit this was not my funniest blog entry, but truth be told, I'm exhausted after this season here in Cleveland. I've had a great time but am ready to move on.

Hyah! Giddyup!
